Mills Selig was delighted to advise long standing clients, the management of Hospital Services Group Limited in their sale to Swedish based, Asker Healthcare Group, a leading provider of medical products and solutions across Europe.

Mills Selig were also instructed on behalf of Foresight Group (Foresight) a leading listed private equity and infrastructure investment manager, who exited after first investing in the company in 2015, delivering returns between 2.5x and 8.5x across Foresight’s four invested funds.

Hospital Services Limited (HSL) is a market leading provider of hospital equipment across the island of Ireland and Great Britain, in addition to supplying market leading technologies and solutions to their customers, HSL’s team provides on-going technical and clinical support to the end-user of their products.

Mills Selig was lead legal advisor on all parts of this transaction, which was led by Darren Marley, Partner within Mills Selig’s Corporate team – assisting Darren from within this team was Associate Solicitor, Emma McCloskey. The transaction also required input from Mills Selig’s other departments, including the employment team, led by Kiera Lee (Partner) assisted by Andrew Edwards (Senior Associate) and their Commercial Property team led by Anna-Marie McAlinden (Partner) and assisted by Jayne Paterson (Associate Solicitor).

This transaction demonstrates the firm’s expertise in handling complex, market sensitive and high value investment exits.
