Emma completed her training contract with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in September 2019.
Emma has a range of experience in assisting with corporate and commercial transactions, including the sale and acquisition of companies, corporate reorganisations, share sales and company incorporations, as well as drafting key and ancillary corporate documents to assist companies comply with their legal obligations.
