Mills Selig has advised Tifco Hotel Group on the sale of the Travelodge Hotel on Brunswick Street, Belfast, to Andras House.

Tifco Hotel Group is one of Ireland’s largest hotel operators and having acted for it on its original acquisition of the hotel, it was a pleasure for the team to act again on the sale.
