Areas of Expertise

Chloe graduated from Ulster University in 2021 with a first-class degree in law (LLB). She began her apprenticeship with Mills Selig in September 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2023.

Chloe took an interest in Property from the beginning of her apprenticeship and is now a member of the Mills Selig’s Commercial Property team. Chloe has been involved in a number of significant transactions including the acquisition and disposal of multiple shopping centres and retail parks, industrial units, high-street shops and agricultural land. Chloe regularly deals with office and retail lettings and licences for both landlords and tenants.

Chloe has also been involved in Mills Selig’s Climate & Energy team, assisting in nationwide solar energy projects and management and set-up of wind farms.

Landmarks:

  • Assisted in the multi-million pound sale of the Quays Shopping Centre, Newry.
  • Acted for EG Group in its nationwide sale of 218 franchise restaurants, 31 of which were based in Northern Ireland.
  • Assisted in the roll out of electric car-charging ports at 29 sites across Northern Ireland
  • Acted in a high value (£1.6 million) purchase of agricultural land.
