Chris completed his training contract with Mills Selig and qualified as a solicitor in October 2022.

Chris works in the Corporate team and regularly assists with large scale share purchase transactions, equity investments and related corporate due diligence matters. He has experience in relation to company incorporation, restructuring and employee option scheme initiatives.

Chris works closely with our Partners in drafting bespoke shareholder agreements and key transactional ancillary documentation to expediate a multitude of commercial mergers, sales and acquisitions.
