Peter is a Solicitor within the Corporate Team at Mills Selig

Peter graduated in 2015 with a degree in Law with Politics (LLB) from Queen’s University, Belfast and completed his Masters in International Business Law (LLM) from Queen’s in 2016.

Prior to joining the Mills Selig team, Peter completed his apprenticeship with a commercial law firm in Lisburn where he qualified as a solicitor in September 2019.

Peter is involved in his family’s agri-food business and has a natural interest in developments within that industry whilst generally having an inherent appreciation for the mixed commercial and personal drivers that often co-exist in a family structured business.

Peter applies his background to assist with a range of corporate and commercial transactions including company reorganisations, acquisition and sale of companies, drafting of bespoke company governance documents whilst also assisting in drafting and reviewing the finance and security structures that underpin transactional projects.
