Pitched against firms from across the whole of the UK, Elisa’s hard work, enthusiasm and undoubtable commitment to her role was easily recognised and secured her place in the shortlist for ‘Best Individual Contribution’.

The awards seek to honour the impeccable work and dedication of individuals who work across people management within the legal sector. Focusing specifically on the past year, the criteria for nominees looked for very specific examples of exceptional service.
