Kathryn graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2016 with a degree in Law (LLB).

She began her apprenticeship with Mills Selig in September 2019 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2021.

Kathryn has experience assisting with corporate and commercial transactions, including company incorporations, reorganisations, share sales, reviewing commercial contracts and drafting key ancillary corporate documents.

Kathryn has assisted in a number of major acquisition and investment transactions and was recently part of the team involved in acting for the sale of a major renewable energy company.
