Upcoming Webinar: Adapting for disability in the workplace A practical guide to reasonable adjustments

Almost half of working-age people with disabilities in the UK are employed and, with the right support, many more could join their ranks.

The employment rights of people with disabilities, and the related responsibilities of employers, are outlined in the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

It is against the law for an employer to discriminate against a person because of a disability. An employer must consider reasonable adjustments to ensure that a person with disabilities isn’t at a disadvantage, and is able to carry out their duties safely.
